IDEA deploys high-cavitation injection molding lines fitted with equipment from the world’s leading OEMs to convert PET preforms into finished containers ranging from 50 mL to 5 L. Preform gram-weight is engineered to match the final bottle’s designed wall-thickness and top-load requirements, while optional mono- or multi-layer barrier technologies (EVOH, nylon or oxygen-scavenger layers) can be embedded between PET strata to cut O? ingress by up to 95 % and extend beverage shelf-life to 12–18 months.
Our portfolio covers the full spectrum of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) preforms for packaging, transport and retail storage of:

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the bal- ance.
